personal development planing meeting with boss cancelled at last minute.....

Project review called at last minute...


walk on the beach in the sunset ... missed cos Rox had a mare of a day at work so finished late... ended up with a walk on the beach in the dusk followed by a fish supper! with Rox in her gym kit... a bit of a contrast across the table... :-) fish and chips YUM..... Takes a lot to put me off my food so just as well Rox was looking pretty good in her pink lycra :-)
