Country Mouse
And before you tell me that's a sheep, not a mouse, I have to explain that I am talking about myself: I am a country mouse.
This is Prideaux Lane, almost on my doorstep. It epitomises everything I love about English country lanes, with sheep grazing nearby, and celandines appearing in the hedgerow, soon to be followed by a myriad more flora as spring progresses.
So wonderful to have sunshine and blue skies back after two days of being locked under a thick cloak of fog. Quite a strong southerly wind today, but even that is great for drying the washing.
