Early bluebells

It must be spring! Yes, these bluebells, sheltered by bushy branches and the house wall, and beside our front door, are already showing colour. I know spring comes early in Devon, but I don't remember bluebells ever being quite this early before.

EDIT to add: I notice I blipped these self-same bluebells, fully out, in April last year.

Yesterday, we gave the lawn its first cut of the year, before the rain overnight and this morning. This afternoon, the sun's back, and the blue skies, but it is very windy.
