Yellow Gerbera

Managed to tick a few things of my long to-do list today and to solve a tricky technical problem that's been unresolved for a few days. As my boss will be leaving early next week for pastures new, it was good to be able to work this out on my own. I'm taking on some of his duties until a replacement is recruited. Had an exciting meeting about the design of the company's new website but this did mean no lunchtime stroll.

Husband decided to run from our house and meet me at work. He arrived hot and sweaty having climbed the hill up to our office. We drove home together chatting all the way. I then had a nice comfy session on the new sofa with my kindle before tackling tea.

Seems to have been a very long week.
