River Erne

The morning of the race,

This is the River Erne and we are faced with a 25 minute processional race today.

I know the results already and we came 4th out of the veteran crews.

This is one of the numerous bends to be negotiated whilst thrashing along at full pace (ish) One of the crew went to school here about 55 years ago and remember s the railway bridge as they used the train from school to go to rugby matches
