At the end of the day...

...we play. We've had a junior squad weekend in the Lake District. They trained hard all day on a variety of orienteering skills then as the sun started to go down they did some specific terrain running to become more confident moving quickly through trees, up and down hills, negotiating crags etc. At the end Nev fiendishly gave them a marsh to run through! They loved it!
