My dads view!

Hey guys, hope your all ok, cold in Scarborough today but bright enough. got weighed at weight watchers lost 1.5lbs this week happy with that as I had chicken fried rice this week plus a wedding so all in all pretty good :) off to Linda tonight for a few hours, for wine and food mmm! I called to see my dad after ww as he is feeling really low, depression is a terrible thing! This is the view out of my dads kitchen window, he watches flying squirrels out the window when I got my camera out they were gone. I will catch up on all your blips tomoz.
