This is cr@p photo of bri my sis her partner and jenny and there little girl Fia. She phoned me up this morning from the lake district and she asked me to log on to this live web cam so they could wave at me lol it made my day, she is feeling a lot better after her heart trouble :) the break is doing them the world of good.

still feeling positive :) not getting weighed tonight im going in the morning so I will let you know :) hip still killing but cant get into docs till 19th!
