blue skies and mountains

Monday again. Hugh was a grumpy boy this morning, but I made a dash to the shopping centre to get a couple of things and had a minor drama with my bank card and nearly getting my car impounded in the car park, but crisis was averted and we proceeded to have a delightful lunch with a friend. Her house is absolutely amazing (should have taken a picture of that really). Her husband is an architect so the house is beautiful, and very efficient with ground source heating, maximum solar gain and rainwater harvesting for loos etc. Dreamy... and the views. This is a view near her house which I see pretty much every day when I'm going back and fore to Dingwall for work, but I rarely stop to picture it. Did today though and reflected on what a beautiful commute I have. My friend used to live in Woking and I wonder if she misses it?
