Yes they can

My favourite London Park is St James's and my favourite thing to do there is find the pelicans. This is the best I could do today with a phone some distance behind the fence. I love the poem too:

A remarkable bird is the pelican
His bill can hold more than his belly can
He can keep in his beak
Food enough for a week
But I'm damned if I know how the hell he can
