The Botanic Gardens

It's a beautiful day!

I took GP to the Botanic Gardens for her weekly slot sitting behind the entrance desk. It would have been madness not to have gone for a stroll on a day such as this. Luckily I had my camera and was able to capture some of the beauty all around.

My last port of call were the hot houses. This is the best place to visit when the weather is miserable , which fortunately, is rare here. You can sit and read a book in the glorious warmth and imagine you've been transported to another place entirely.
