600 BLIPS!

How did that happen?

When hebs talked me into this I thought I'd give it a go for about a month.....I mean who'd be interested?....I'm not a socialite.....I don't lead a very interesting existence....and I'm certainly not a photographer.

I started out with a compact Samsung....and now I've got a Nikon D3000, and bags and cleaning kits and a tripod....and I've got plans for other lenses and flash bits and pieces.

I reached 100 and thought "Well that's about it...I can't think of many more things to shoot"....but here I am 500 further on.....with over 70000 views.....and 32 subscribers.

I'm in contact with a whole bunch of interesting people....all of them better photographers than me....and they let me get a little look into their lives...I've seen one start a business, I've 'met' their families...they've listened to my moans and groans....they've offered advice on a whole range of things....good grief, some have even asked for my advice....they supported me through my Mum's passing and my sister's cancer.......they've shared the joy of my grand-daughter....they even let me torture them with quiz questions during the season.

You know who you are....thankyou all...I don't think I could quit now even if I wanted to.....you are the best!
