Another pattern shot on this most lovely of spring-like days today :)

So nowadays, I am spending my workdays handing over tasks and projects, lunching and coffee-ing with friends and colleagues, and clearing my office, little by little.

As I look through (and then toss most of the) materials I've accumulated over a 32-year career, I'm pleased to note that I actually did some really cool stuff here and there. Invariably, when that happened, it was because I had a boss who also was an unconventional thinker or simply trusted me to run with my ideas. It's a shame that these types of managers seem to be the exception rather than the rule...
