Day 03. Where we got a puncture

Well, by this stage we're all well and truly sick of driving. We came over a pass into Spitti Valley and got a puncture just before lunch. The driver was pretty quick at fixing it, but I suppose it's a fairly common occurence. Spitti Valley is beautiful, it's like a high alititude desert. We stopped at Kee Gumpa and were honoured to be invited in for tea (chai) with the monks. Then on to the final night in civilisation in Kibber.
