Presta Pressure

With air pressure anywhere from 110 to 150 PSI (pounds per square inch) these valves operate under some pressure. Some years ago there was debate about the pro's and cons of presta v's schrader valves, not sure why presta seems to have become the standard, more reliable at dealing and keeping pressure but also more likely to break.

My newly acquired super stupidly hot chilli sauce (made from hottest chilli in the world) got a work out today and wow it is strong, but surprising enjoyable.
