Not any more they're not!

So sad to see so many empty shops in Paignton. Long time since I've been there, and thought I'd pop into the lovely wool shop ... that is now empty. It's a picture repeated all over the country and, as in so many towns, carpark charges are sky-high. My guess is that councillors have never tried to run a business. But they do enjoy spending other people's money. Bah, humbug! Such a shame!
