The Duke of Mallardsville

After a series of morning conference calls and prior to shuttling the girls to their various lessons, I escaped to the river with the pups and my camera. It is 64 degrees here today so the movement of wildlife was plentiful. This drake was in his full glory in the sunlight. See the water drops on his head in BIG...... I also shot this in RAW but I do not know how to use Photoshop so this is the JPEG right off the sensor. Another in what is becoming a string of straight forward blips, but I did like the colors and water on his head so.......

I am off to riding lessons today (and tomorrow) and my best friend's birthday (she and her husband are from Italy so of course I will serve Gnocchi).
