The rise of the high street coffee companies.

I credit Kevin Bright, Marta Kauffman and David Crane for this photo. No, it wasn't them holding the Nikon, it was me, but if they hadn't decided to make the fictional NYC coffee shop "Central Perk" one of the main locations in "Friends", I'm certain we wouldn't have seen the meteoric rise in the number of Costa, Nero or (as in this case) Starbucks in every high street round the globe.

As you can tell from the writing, this was Becky's 1/2 shot decaf cappuccino.... with chocolate sprinkles.
