Rock pools

It is a misty and chilly Sunday afternoon so we went to the beach! No swimmnig for us. J climbed a near by castle whilst the rest of us went rock pooling. Here Sophie is pointing out a lage anemone (which I can't spell). We also found velvet crabs, edible crabs, hermit crabs, shrimps, pipe fish, an eel that we can't name, sea slugs, and lots of shell fish. It was a brilliant time. Back home now to warm up and watch the rugby. Perfect afternoon.
