Trossachs Kirk ......
...... on the shore of Loch Achray opened for worship on the 14th of October 1849.
In August 1847, a petition was presented to the Presbytery by the people of the parish, requesting a church be built for their worship. The request was well received and the landowners, Drummond Estates owned by the Earls of Perth, contacted. The site was secured and donated by Lord and Lady Willoughby d' Eresby who also gifted an annual donation of £15 towards the maintenance and upkeep of the building.
On April 30th 1893, an American organ was installed, the cost of £63 raised by public contribution. On the same day the great stained glass window on the east wall was inaugurated.
Couples come from all corners of the globe to be married in such a picturesque setting.
