Kitchen Goddess!

Today I decided to be a Kitchen Goddess. B brought me 4kg of tomatoes round, and so I figured that tomato sauce/soup, etc, was on the cards. I've diced, chopped, reduced and simmered for most of the day and the house is filled with lovely tomatoey smells.

Rae is arriving this evening for a few days. I've missed her and can't wait to see her!

PJ has just come home from work sick. She's bundled up in her bedroom; kindly not wishing to 'share' her germs with me. I'll make her some tomato soup later to warm her up.

Apart from that, I am about to take Cousteau for his afternoon stroll in the park, and then off to Mass.
