A local gas station. Nobody ever understands the Apatosaurus in the Sinclair logo. It seems like such a weird logo choice. I always confuse the oil company, which was named after its founder, Henry Sinclair, after someone else...
The most famous Sinclair in Minnesota might be the author Sinclair Lewis who's most famous book, Main Street was a commentary on small town life, based on the author's birthplace of Sauk Center, MN. He went on to be the first American to win a Nobel Prize in Literature. Back in Minnesota, his work was resented in some parts, especially the nearby town of Alexandria, where it was banned. But when the book became such a critical success, the town adopted it, and their sports teams were called the Main Streeters for years. There's a Sinclair gas station in Sauk Center, so it's especially confusing.
