My neighbor's porch. Enclosed porches are a big thing in Minnesota, because they let you relax "outside" even when it gets pretty cold. Of course, once it really gets cold, then everyone flees inside and grows moody.
I've never met this neighbor, but I've heard him in the mornings yelling at his wife or daughter. He doesn't seem like so nice a guy, or at least, not someone you'd like to hang around with for too long. Last semester, while I was abroad, the friends of mine who were renting this house called the police on him once, and they had a discussion with him. I don't know how bad it was initially, for me, I hear him yelling only once in a while. It's unnerving though, and I don't really have a good idea what to do about the situation. There's a line between neighborly relations, privacy, and then people who forfeit those concerns.
