A Writer's Life

It's a bunny's kind of life

Continuing in the general bunny interest (the conference is on April 5th, and after that, bunnies will disappear from this blip, I promise), here is this new one: he was gently relaxing in a high-end clothes shop in the Village. Or in Soho. I'm not sure, I was just wandering, after pretending to work, on my way to a meeting with my supervisor, where I learned that yes, my paper was written in English, and it is actually decent. I love my supervisor: in our few meetings, she's shown me with her questions how to reframe my thoughts. It's not that I hadn't learned that before. But she has a way to bring you to your own ideas, allowing you to think out loud to go further than what you had first envisioned. She is, truly, a wonderful professor. And person.

Officially leaving the Webster next Monday. It will be the end of my New York experience, a 2-year whirlwind!

In other news: grandma is still in hospital, they finally decided to be aggressive with the pneumonia. She is well, sits up a lot, and only wishes they would let her sleep instead of waking her up every 4 hours to give her breathing treatments.

Alternate of the day: I'm fascinated by these company ads on buildings, and at some point, I intend to do something with that fascination!
