Squash soup: plenty of colour and umph for Spring

Preparing a batch of soup for class lunch tomorrow. I've packed some crackers to go with them and we shall follow this up with a plate of pasta marina. All raw.

I also made some sweet treats for our mid-afternoon break: fruit & nut balls rolled with coconut, mini-tarts with chocolate or apricot fillings.
