My mother lives near Notre-Dame de Paris, I spent my youth there, until I got married.
It was great to have the day rythmed by the chimes, to see this beautiful stained glass lit from inside on Christmas eve, the Quartier Latin across the bridge and the icecreams berthillon on Ile Saint-Louis, very close..
