What a gorgeous morning - 20 degrees at 6.30am! The forecast is for a bit of a southerly change and rain this afternoon, so good to make best of it now.

We have Arrow doing our DRA assessment for earthquake damage this morning. As a structural engineer I will be interested in the outcome, given that we live on a hill with walk-on access only and there are significant structural issues with the house. Won't be easy/cheap to repair.
