Low Sun over the River

This is the River Cherwell at the bottom of the fields behind our house (see my entry for Monday)).

We are a few miles upstream from the more formal setting of the Rainbow Bridge, that I showed on 6 March.

As we walked through the fields, there were great flocks of birds (mostly seagulls, I think) that were following a tractor that was hard at work ploughing. But before I got a chance to take a 'photo, the ploughing was finished, and the driver drove back to the farm. It was probably tea time! I lost the opportunity for a joke title, because I could have called my picture Attractor.

Instead, I offer this scene of tranquility, with sunlit trees and clear reflections.
