Dad left this morning. Was so sad to see him go, but I'll be over in France in April, so not long until I see him again.

Back into work for the day.

Home for a quick tea and then out for our Shandon Local Food Group AGM. We got the business end of things over with pretty quickly and moved swiftly on to wine tasting, cheese savouring and cake scoffing. A great night.

This is one of the guys from the Winehouse on Ashley Terrace who did the wine tasting. They were great; loads of info, great craic and really knowledgeable about their wines. They hold an open wine tasting on the last Thursday of every month, so will have to head along some time. The wines, beers, cider and port we tried were all pretty delicious as well.
