Daddy of them all!

Well, not quite though he is responsible for a few of this year's lambs. He is of course, Royalist the Wensleydale tup and I can't resist him. As soon as I approached the fence he cantered down looking for food. He is very scruffy at the moment and his face is mucky. What he really would like is his head scratching, however, he had to make do with rubbing against a small gate within his field which he has managed to break!
Spent the morning at the auction which was disappointing as I didn't find any treasures, in fact the stock was particularly 'thin' today. Still good fun though, the auctioneer puts on a good show.
There has been a decent bit of sunshine today with some very bright spells. Wish I could have spent more of the day outside.
Down to The Dog & Gun at 6.30 to pick up my weekly G & T and hopefully meet up with a few neighbours.
Nice to have some reaction to the film yesterday, it was all positive, that does not surprise me. If you haven't seen The Artist yet it comes highly recommended!
