....Splish, splash, I was taking.....

I mentioned a few days ago that the Boss was agitating for a new bathroom.

Well, we've had a man round.....he's measured up....and is drawing up plans....then we pick what we want to fit the plan and off we go.

I also mentioned that all bathroom fittings seem to be white.

Tonight.... while I watched True Grit....the Boss trawled t'interweb looking for coloured fittings. They all seem to be in warehouses stored away for when things get broken. Here she is looking at the excellently named broken bog.com......I still think she's going to go for white though. I don't mind....I won the big battle....we're doing away with the bath all together and fitting a big walk in shower......and possibly a tiled floor with under heating!

The least said about work today the better....wasn't happy from the moment I arrived....didn't see hebs all day...and didn't get done half of what I needed to do...but hey, other people got done what they wanted....and kept their non-contact time....so everything's hunky-dory....right?

Tomorrow is party time.....we're off to a 50th tomorrow evening....a house party with the old hockey crew...they're always good...someone always gets ratted and the laughs are non stop...and as I'm contributing a bottle of genuine Russian vodka....and we're going to drink it like Russians............I leave it up to your imagination.

Hope I'll be able to get up early for the fishing match on Sunday morning.
