In the Wet Seat

After a bright sunny week, the clouds and rain set in yesterday. Today started out dark, wet, and cool. The sun eventually staggered up, but the rest didn't change. I decided to try to represent the rain-prevented activity, and tried to do so first using Mstr 4's bike sitting alone and unridden in the front yard. That didn't work so well. Then I thought I'd try a shot focusing on just a part of the bike, and wound up with this.

I used my usual B&W conversion, plus a screen layer, erased from the lighter bottom part of the photo. I also added some extra overlay and contrast to the focused part of the seat. I think it came out ok, and not over-processed.
