Tea tonight

Found this recipe in a magazine in the local cafe today. Liked the look of it and decided to have it for tea. Miraculously our local supermarket had all the ingredients - not always a sure thing when you live on rural locations.

And it wad yummy and took about 15 mins to cook - bonus!
