Lovely walk along New Quay beach today. Sun was shining and the boys were running. Had a pasty in New Quay from the pasty shop that sells the best ever pasties, including a variety of veggie ones (not just cheese and onion and vegetable).

We all had an ice cream and walked back along the beach. Met a couple who we've seen a couple of times before with their dogs. Also met another cockapoo - he was bigger than ours and so lovely.
