Hoovering Up

Here is my new drawing tool. Daughter is hoovering up the rubbery bits left after using the eraser. It also works a treat for taking away all the coloured pastel dust without smudging.
I have recently started doing Illustration Friday. Every Friday the site puts up a new word and you have to illustrate it. This weeks word is Shades, my picture is going to be something about shades of blue.
I am addicted to doodling at the minute, even so far as making whole finished drawings out of them. I love making patterns. Mr Down in the Dip reckons that they are a load of old rubbish. I don't think that they are high enough art for him, but its funny, with creative urges you just can't help following them through, no matter what anybody says. I've a few more weeks of this anyway before it's over.
