...a beginning point of view...

...a woman walked into my work and my first impression was that she was FULLY alive "she walked in and i could almost sense the grass growing under her feet as she walked, like a green carpet rolling out in front of her..." it was as if life itself was going before and behind her, as if she could pass mere weeds and they would bloom into roses, tulips, lilies, orchids, a million species of beauty. getting to know her gives that sense of knowing that you are in the presence of beauty, where you hike a mountain in the dark and you know when the sunlight comes, the vista will be as breath-taking as the hike up.... that's how I felt about her. when dawn arrives, the beauty is all the more astonishing. i feel like the more i know about her, the more the dawn breaks...

...i thought this endeavour was an interesting challenge. my inspiration for this endeavour is beautiful......

...today's photo, though nothing special, is my current point of view at the start of this project. one can see my open closet, some of my "ministry paraphernalia", my beautiful window. at the bottom, you can see the book i've been reading. but best of all, one finds a lovely picture of this dear woman by whom i've been smitten and crushed under the weight of her beauty, under the spell of her enchanting love. not love as so often experienced, but the love of a soul-mate, of one most dear and most captivating with whom you can speak, you can listen, you can dance, you can dream, you can sit, you can run, you can cheer, you can walk silently, you can watch a sunset, you can hold till sunrise, you can cry, you can giggle, you can share a secret, or about whom you can post a blip!!!

...i have sat here most of the day, reading, writing, thinking, and generally being happy. i have been pirating pictures of beauty all day now that she's in my life...

...i am off to call her now...
