Day 56: Score on the doors 2
That's my second block of 'base' training completed and still things are more or less on track. 16 more weeks of progressively harder, faster and longer training to look forward to before my big day out.
So far I have done:
Swim 11:05:00 h:m:s 31.80 km
Bike 33:16:07 h:m:s 765.70 km
Run 13:12:09 h:m:s 155.16 km
Average number of hours per week is around about 8hr 30mins
The graph shows my overall progress towards my target hours until the race... getting there slowly.
