birthday queso

Not perhaps the best photo but certainly representative of the birthday girl, Catharine, who loves, loves, loves queso. In fact, we talked about birthday queso from the moment we started our 7- mile run. Which was fitting for Catharine who often dubs herself a member of "team Queso" - which has a proud slogan of "will swim, bike, run for queso!" Happy birthday, Catharine! (P.S. Got to love that in Texas you can order queso at 10 a.m.!)
