Cloudy buildings?

ok, new invention! wallpaper that looks like clouds, but actually moves, ok not wallpaper, more like a large LED screen across a wall with moving clouds, like a very large screensaver. did you know i'm featuring on this years apprentice?
When a cloud see's its on reflection, can it tell that it is itself or does it think its another cloud?
