Platform 10 1/15th

The month of March is steadily passing, and yet the university of Northampton still manages to produce architecture for me to blip. However, since my first day on the campus, i have been intrigued by the glass passage floating between two of the buildings, however it is impossible to get into. unfortunately you can't see it inside the building, but still i haven't been able to work out where the entrance is, and i'm starting to think that much like platform 9 3/4 i should just start running into walls in the hope that i will come out into this magical walkway.

On an unrelated note, how would one come by the blueprints for a building...such as Northampton uni...
