Patched Concrete

I had fun today shooting various textures ranging from cracked, patched concrete to iron grids. Dave Cross recommended looking on the ground for these types of images for potential backgrounds. He suggested looking for older brick walls, peeling paint on wood, old signs, textured wood, cracked concrete, gravel, shadows and anything else that may make a great diffused background to enhance a otherwise boring image.

I'll see what I can do with this background for tomorrow's blip.
