Once upon a time we used recipes passed down from our mothers by word of mouth. Then there were recipes written in big books by known but faceless expert cooks. Then there were celebrity chefs on TV. Then there were amateur but very attractive cooks on TV.

Now we just whip out the old iPad and start cooking. I wonder how long before this looks old fashioned?

Anyway I can testify that the recipe for fish stew with garlic, chilli, fennel and orange was mighty fine. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before you can do some sort of virtual taste test before you start.
