Licked

I fell in love with giraffes when I spent some time in Africa. I love their grace, their reticulated coats, their eyes, and their sense of curiosity. I loved watching them eat, walk, tend to their young. Knowing how they act in the wild makes it all the harder for me to watch them in captivity. Yet, I still took my daughter to the zoo today and watched the giraffes.
