stop for a min

what a day i have not stopped it seems both me and Keith took molly for her walk this morning down front it was good not many people about at that time. So it was nice.

Then in to town for a few things for tea just got back Keith said come and have a cuppa on the front so we went and met him came back put the washing out in my friends garden i was looking in her pond at all her frog spawn and notice a dead frog so fished out for her.

Then went out for an hour with her. Came back as had an hospital appointment about hopefull of an op i might be able to have it is ok .

Came back took molly for her afternoon stroll met Keiths mum so went and had a drink with her on the front. We are now back thank god .

this is in the park he was sat on the bridge long enough for me to take the picture i think it was about the only time i stopped this morning i think he was enjoying the sun.

i am now going to and have a cuppa with my friend if she is in and to get the washing in.
