Cupcakes!

Today was my last day of my placement and I made a shed load of cupcakes to take into staff and clients alike as a way of saying thank you for welcoming me into the service, being part of a supportive team (On a side note: no 'I' in team but there is a 'ME' as was pointed out this week...) and letting me into their lives to try to achieve positive outcomes in a wide variety of issues.

As always things never quite go to plan, especially when saying goodbye but I was slightly grateful for this as it's not so much goodbye forever.

I received some lovely gifts from my colleagues and some kind words and well wishes for the future from the clients which mean a lot to me.

Now it's time for a superman change of clothes, out for dinner and a few earned drinks to mark the end of an era as just a small 10,000 word dissertation left to go before graduation....
