Out of the Misty Morn
came these bright white pops of joy on my backyard flowering pear tree. I shot this again later this afternoon, but I liked the way it stood out against the foggy background here. This is an especially sweet sight, as this tree was nearly annihilated in the Oct. snowstorm which took out my Dogwood & Forsythia. There were many branches & chunks of the trunk (not something to say too fast!) chopped out of this tree ...so, it's a real trooper I'm glad survived. This may be the end of my spring blooming tree series ...but, then again, it may not. They only perform like this once a year.
