A VERY WET DAY

Got soaked today chasing chickens and seagulls.

Not far from where we live there is a large community of Feral Chickens...people have got really pissed with their roosters (especially) and have dumped them in a little park on the side of what used to be the highway.

I spent time with these veteran chickens today taking photos and watching them......at first I felt sad for them but after a while I noticed that they had a pretty cool little scene going on and they certainly looked well fed.

I'm glad I'm the age I am...I don't give a toss if anyone thinks I'm a nut job chasing chickens in the rain or splashing through puddles after seagulls.......I had so much fun.
