Toothy Tales

The long awaiting tooth eventually fell out last night - phew. J was beginning to get paranoid that he was the only one in the class who it hadn't happened to.
I have to say sweetheart, I've seen you look better, although I've rarely seen a child who carries off the the gummy look with style and finesse!
Anyway, the tooth fairy came of course and the whole house was woken up at 5.40 am this morning with the shouts of "I've got money".
I'm not exactly sure what to do with the tooth now that it's in my possession!

On another quick note, the weather is great a the moment, cold in the morning and sunny and spring like in the afternoons. We've been playing in the playground opposite J's school most days, I've had washing on the line and even been for a run (walk/run) today. Ahhh it reminds me of the spring days when I was younger. There's something about being back in this country that I can't explain but even the smells seem familiar. I won't talk about the budget or the recession or unemployment, no we'll leave that well alone......
