unprocessed infra red....
ok, so it's not going to be everybody's cup of tea but i decided to post an unedited version using the infra red filter. just in case anyone was interested. in fact i was quite happy with it to be honest.
to get a decent shot using that filter you really need glorious sunshine and no wind (if you want any great detail on the trees). what i had was a setting sun, so limited light and lots of shadows and it was blowing a gale. nevertheless you have to try these things to see what happens. glad i did. i like the movement it caught due to the long exposure. here is the edited version and today's runner up.
oh and check out Ausmossie's blip. apparently i said something deep or meaningful which got him thinking. i reckon he must be on something or has confused me with someone intelligent.

P.S. before anyone brings it up the lens flare(s) is part of the canon lens and IR filter problem.
