Dandelion
Well you have had the burdock now here is the dandelion. Not quite as dried as the burdock.
I like the colours and think that the detail on the "flower" head is amazing. It seems bizarre that there are seed heads that have been left on the head as well as a few leaves at this time in the year.
We think of dandelion as a weed, herbalists consider it a valuable herb that can be used as a food and medicine. Dandelion is a rich source of vitamins A, B complex, C, and D, as well as minerals such as iron, potassium, and zinc. Dandelion leaves are used to add flavor to salads, sandwiches, and teas.
While walking I saw the food and water arriving for some of the sheep and their lambs. I got a great shot of a group of twenty or so lambs all seemingly watching. Pleased I headed home only to find too many of sheep were either blurred because they moved or were out of focus, ggrrrrrr.
